What Is Juvederm Voluma
Juvederm Voluma is a hyaluronic acid based cosmetic filler designed to restore volume to the cheek area. The first FDA-approved injectable filler to provide instant cheek volume, it offers the option of a mild lift, all the way to a non-surgical facelift. This is a longer lasting filler than most, with about a 12-15mo duration typically.
Juvederm Voluma Side Effects
Side effects from this popular wrinkle filler are mild and last two to four weeks. They include injection site tenderness, swelling, lumps and bumps, pain, bruising, redness, firmness, itching, and discoloration. Patients may resume normal activities within 24 hours of treatment.
