We are now offering medically managed weight loss with our Nurse Practitioner. Our program includes weekly coaching by our Nurse Practitioner and medication if needed. Our Nurse Practitioner has extensive training in obesity management and is passionate about helping patients reach their weight and health goals. Your program starts with an initial consult to determine what medication best fits your needs and instruction on lifestyle changes customized to you.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours or no show will result in a cancellation fee. Our cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to the card on file.
Permanent Makeup Cancellation Policy
Our office does require a $100 deposit when booking any permanent makeup appointment (including all touch up visits).
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least one weeks notice. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than one week or no show will result in the forfeit of your $100 deposit.
